SELECTED PRODUCT WORK
Roastit — Live Coffee-Roasting Companion for iOS & Android | Personal Product | 2026
Designed, built, and shipped an offline-first app that guides home roasters through setup, live roasting, cooling, saving, and repeat-roast workflows—replacing scattered notes, screenshots, and voice memos with one focused experience.
Iterated through real roasts to tune first-crack guidance, add timestamped heat and fan controls, adapt milestones to roast level, and prevent incomplete sessions from cluttering roast history.
Created a reusable Figma system across 15+ screens and implemented the experience in React Native/Expo, using design-to-code QA to keep interactions and visual behavior consistent.
MuseMatch — Native Mobile Platform for Creatives | Solo Project | Mar–Apr 2025
Designed an intent-first platform connecting independent creatives with collaborators, mentors, and sponsors; tested onboarding and navigation with 6 participants and revised 5 identified navigation and interaction issues.
SaveUp — Responsive Savings App | Solo Project | Apr–Jun 2025
Designed goal-setting and savings flows and a responsive visual system; tested prototypes with 5 participants and used the findings to clarify key interactions and address recurring task errors.
DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Product Designer — Independent & Taproot Foundation | Remote | Sep 2025–Present
Led accessibility audits, information-architecture improvements, and responsive redesigns for nonprofit and independent clients, translating findings into prioritized recommendations and implementation-ready designs.
Served as sole designer for a Water Initiative website redesign, moving from discovery and culturally grounded visual direction through two homepage concepts, responsive UI, and design QA while maintaining WCAG AA contrast and readability.
Delivered a pediatric-oncology nonprofit audit, revised information architecture, and responsive mockups; protected confidential work in accordance with the client’s request.
